Planetary gear
Gearheads provide a means of gearing between the motor and the load to provide either speed reduction or to increase the torque capability of the composite. Two types of gearheads are available - planetary and spur. Planetary gearheads are compact and deliver high torque. Spur gearheads have good efficiency and low friction torque.Silent produces high performance miniature gearheads that are subjected to rigorous quality tests during manufacturing. Gear Hobbing
We have workshop which covers more than 4,000 sqare meters.We have CNC lathe and gear hobbing machine for production and we also have universal gear measuring instrument and CMM for inspection. The U-shaped lean production line is we built for high efficency production.There are clear working instructions to make sure workers assemble the prodcution according to specification with stable quality. The replication, standardization and hence interchangeability of processes offers our customers quality and flexibility worldwide. Our processes must comply with the zero error concept in full. That is the justified expectation of our customers.
